Bangalore's eastern corridor is steadily developing into a prominent residential zone, with new communities emerging around established roads, business districts, and growing urban infrastructure. For families searching for larger homes in this part of the city, the area around Budigere Cross and Old Madras Main Road offers an expanding range of residential choices.

Sattva Aangane is an upcoming residential development planned along this corridor. The project spans approximately 10 acres and 4 guntas and is envisioned as a high-rise community featuring spacious residences and a selection of premium duplex homes.

With seven towers planned to rise to G+42 floors and more than 600 residences proposed, the development is designed to create a substantial residential address in East Bangalore.

Sattva Aangane: An Overview

The scale of the development and its high-rise design are intended to create a distinct community environment while making efficient use of the large land parcel.

An Emphasis on Generous Living Spaces

Sattva Aangane is planned for buyers who value larger homes and flexible interiors. The availability of 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments provides options for different family sizes and lifestyle preferences.

A larger apartment can accommodate more than just bedrooms and living areas. Depending on the floor plan, residents may be able to create dedicated spaces for remote work, children's activities, guests, study, entertainment, or hobbies.

The premium duplex residences add another dimension to the project's housing mix, offering a multi-level home format within the larger community.

High-Rise Architecture With Seven Towers

The seven towers are planned with a G+42-floor structure, giving the development a strong vertical presence.

Living in a high-rise can offer residents a different perspective of the surrounding neighbourhood, particularly from upper floors. The project's large land parcel also allows the towers to form part of a wider residential development rather than functioning as isolated buildings.

The combination of seven towers and more than 600 residences creates a community designed at a considerable scale.

The Premium Duplex Concept

One of the distinctive elements of Sattva Aangane is its planned premium duplex residences.

Unlike a conventional apartment where all spaces are located on one floor, a duplex provides two levels of living space. This can allow homeowners to create separate zones for private and shared activities.

For families who prefer more expansive residences or a home with a different spatial arrangement, the duplex format can be an interesting option.

The final usability and configuration of these homes will depend on the detailed floor plans released by the developer.

A Location Along Old Madras Main Road

The project is planned near Budigere Cross on Old Madras Main Road, placing it within an increasingly active residential corridor in East Bangalore.

Old Madras Road connects the eastern part of Bangalore with several surrounding areas, while Budigere Cross has emerged as a location where residential development is expanding.

For prospective residents, the location can be considered in relation to their daily commute, workplaces, schools, healthcare facilities, retail destinations, and other frequently used services.

East Bangalore's Expanding Residential Landscape

The growth of East Bangalore has been supported by the presence of major employment hubs and continued infrastructure development. Whitefield and surrounding areas have become established destinations, while nearby corridors continue to develop new residential communities.

Budigere Cross is part of this wider expansion. As more housing and supporting infrastructure emerge, the area is becoming increasingly relevant to buyers considering the eastern side of Bangalore.

Sattva Aangane is planned within this broader residential growth corridor.

Pricing and Expected Possession

The project's stated starting price is ₹2.66 Crore*. The actual price of individual residences may vary depending on factors such as configuration, floor level, apartment size, orientation, and additional charges.

Sattva Aangane's RERA registration is currently applied/in process. Buyers should verify the official registration details once they are issued and review the registered project information.
